Blossom Creek.Honduras

Blossom Creek coffee farm is located in the community of Las Quebradas, in the Santa Barbara region of Honduras.

This farm is owned by an Association in Honduras directed by David Guevara. Roger Pineda is in charge of the organic practices at the farm and also owns and manages his own farms with his parents, wife and two children.

We had the privilege of meeting these guys in January of 2023 when we went to Honduras and toured their farms. We got to see their effects of their organic and sustainable practices on the productivity of the trees and taste the difference in the cup.

All profit from the these beans goes back to pay the families of the farmers and develop infrastructure in the community of Las Quebradas.

This bean is roasted to order, and will ship on the following Wednesday.
